This calculator is a simple one, but necessary for anybody who is looking to purchase radiant heaters. Simply by providing us with the length and width of the area you are looking to keep warm, we will be able to summarise the area you need heated in m2 and provide you with a breakdown of building types vs Kw range and BTU range.

The variance between the different types of application in the results is as much to do with the buildings' use, as the type of actual building. For example, a church with occasional use will require greater heat / m2 of floor area in order to warm it quickly, whereas an industrial unit that is in use continuously will have less requirement for quick warm-up and more requirement for modest running costs over the longer running period.
