EK Range of Electric fan Heaters
The heat in Electric Fan Heaters is produced through electrical resistors, the warm air then being conveyed by the built-in fan. They are ideal for use in all situations, even in closed rooms, as no fumes are produced and there is not the need for oxygen to fuel the flame as required in traditional oil or gas fired heaters.
The Arcotherm EK range comprises 6 models, the EK3C, EK10C, EK15C, EK22C, EK30C and the EKT40; the EK3 is 230V only, all other models are 400V 3 phase. Apart from the EK3 all other models can be fitted with ducting to direct heat to the area requiring additional heat. The EK30 and EKT40 also have the ability to be connected to a remote thermostat to control the temperature.
All the other models have built in thermostats only, controlled by a manual switch built into the heater controls.
The EKT40 has multiple power settings making it adaptable to different size structures, it is also fitted with a centrifugal fan to run longer lengths of ducting.
Our range of Electric Fan Heaters are widely used in construction, events, laboratories, house building and horticulture where low cost electricity is readily available due to the limited thermal power produced. All heaters are supplied with bare power cable, so require the relevant plug to be fitted prior to installation.
The EK 400V Electric Fan Heaters are designed to work for an extended time without problems, they can remain lit for days without ever overheating.
