The SR family is the side-connected model of Topvex air handling units, equipped with rotary heat exchanger with capacity well over 80% offering high efficiency at minimum floor space.
The SR family is available in seven sizes with airflow range covering volume flow from 360 up to 11.000m³/h. The standardised design guarantees a fully-factory tested unit available for fast delivery, ensures easy installation and offers user-friendly Systemair Access control system.
deg C. Wide range of standardised units allows for short delivery times
deg C. Optimal performance with minimal footprint fitting within a space of 900 mm
deg C. Easy and flexible design, installation and maintenance
The Topvex SR in size range 20, 25 and 35 are all single casing units for quick transportation into the facility and easy installation. The Topvex SR in size range 60, 70, 80 and 100 are split units that can be divided for smooth transport and quick installation. The units feature new rotor motor with EC technology and efficient rotating heat recovery wheel, with purge sector incorporated.
VDI 6022-1 certified, hygienic requirements for air handling units
The units deg C. VDI 6022-1 certification means that it is a Hygienic air-handling unit. It also features plastic casing components meeting the ISO 846 requirements and easy to clean smooth surfaces. Manufactured in MgZn plated sheet metal with corrosion class C5, the units offer high class of corrosion resistance according to ISO 1294.
The unique frameless design of Topvex offers optimised dimension that still allows for energy efficient operation. All built-in components are selected for size optimisation in relation to the capacity they are designed for, which results in a truly compact air handling unit. The units also offer low SFP Values and provides more options for outdoor connectivity where external roof to be mounted on site will be delivered together with the unit. While constant air volume control (CAV) is standard, variable air volume control (VAV) is available as an accessory.
Built-in Access Control system
All models are equipped with Systemair Access control system with a vast range of energy optimising features which, together with the intuitive user interface in the Access NaviPad control panel, enables an easy and responsive control solution. For outdoor application, Access control system is built-in inside the unit.
The Access Control Unit provides dedicated connections for BMS, using Modbus and BACnet. The unit also has all connectors for external components clearly marked and grouped together to further reduce installation and startup time.
The Access Control system comes prepared for Systemair Connect, an easy-to-use cloud service providing a complete overview and accessibility of the installed base of air handling units.
All main components are easy to remove and the flexible design of inspection doors ensures an easy shift from one side to the other side of the unit, supporting painless installation and maintenance procedures.
There is also a wide range of accessories available including connectors, such as flanges, cooling coils or extra filtration, meaning the units can easily fulfill different customer requirements.
