    Small evaporative coolers with a side outlet can be installed on an elevated wall mounted platform or a ground-level slab. Air is drawn in through three sides of the unit, and the cooled air is directly dispersed into the building through the connected ducting channels.

    Side outlet evaporative cooling systems have a relatively low electricity consumption and are ideal for use in commercial, industrial or agricultural applications that require efficient filtered air cooling. The side outlet evaporative coolers are typically much easier to access for maintenance than roof-mounted variants with a base discharge.
