Whether for the large-scale ventilation of channel and pipe systems in class 2 ex-proof zones, the tank cleaning of cargo vessels or for construction work in refinery areas – the high-pressure radial fan TFV900 EX designed according to ATEX directive 2014/34/EU is optimally prepared for such tasks, since it conveys up to 25,000m³ of air per hour even through connected air transport hoses over very long transport routes with high counter-pressure and is designed in an extremely stable manner for rough operating environments.

This high-quality device doesn't mind aggressive surroundings, for the radial fan is integrated in a robust, powder-coated steel housing with highly resistant two-component finish. All desired steel grades are optionally available.

In addition to the frameless standard version the TFV900Ex on request is optionally also available as depicted incl. additional frame made of galvanized steel and with robust wheels, forklift slots and crane lifting lugs. The transport frame offers maximum mobility and is optimally suited for use at frequently changing locations.

Switches, cables and plugs of the TFV900Ex are approved for use in explosion hazard conditions. Appropriate connection plugs, approved for use in zones 1, 2, 21 and 22, are available for connection extensions.

Further optionally available for the TFV900Ex is a star-delta contactor combination 18.5kW for ex-proof zone 22, 400V, AC3, IP 55.
