ATEX certified heaters come in a variety of forms. Electric fan heaters are 'whole product' certified to a operate in particular zones. This is very different to ATEX LPHW fan heaters and ATEX Steam heaters which are in fact normal steam fed and LPHW fed heaters but which are fitted with ATEX certified fans. The reason for this is distinction is that when steam or water fed heaters are in application there is nothing on the heater that can prevent the temperature of the coil from straying beyond a certain temperature class. In other words the whist the fan and motor can be certified to an ATEX designation the coil cannot.
Other ATEX certified heaters we offer are ATEX radiant heaters and ATEX portable fan heaters. And also ATEX pipe heating jackets.

This calculator is provided as a broad based indication of the energy cost of running a filter based air purification, and an indicative cost of running a Sanuvox system as an alternative. It should not be assumed to be absolutely accurate and should not be used as the basis of an actual system design or forecast of cost saving of an actual system. We accept no liability for consequences of the inappropriate use of this calculator, or its results. Actual figures would depend on the proposed system for a particular application and on the exact parameters of that application.
