Unlike other ATEX-approved heaters that rely on warming the air, this ATEX radiant heaters utilizes shortwave infrared technology, making it perfect for spot heating in cold, damp, and draughty work environments. It is especially suitable for ATEX areas that require high ventilation rates to remove fumes and hazardous dust particles. Attempting to warm individuals by heating the air in such areas would be impractical, making ATEX radiant heaters the ideal choice.
